What does pre-order mean?
Allow around two weeks before dispatch. You pay now, we email you the day it ships.
Will it fit me?
Each listing states the size or range it fits. Measure first using the size guide, and add hat foams if you're between sizes.
What does shipping cost?
Within Australia, $18.50 standard or $25 express per order; small accessories under 300 g ship for $9.95 standard. In-stock pieces usually leave within 1 to 3 business days.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes. Standard shipping to New Zealand is $25. We also ship to selected other countries; enter your address at checkout to see whether we deliver there and the cost.
What's the returns policy?
30 days, unworn and in original condition. Full details here.
How do I look after it?
Hold it by the brim edge. Store it in a hat box or flat on a shelf, away from rain and heat. Brush dust off with a soft clothes brush.
Do you make custom pieces?
Some pieces are listed as custom made; the listing says so. Ask us with the hat and the colour you have in mind.
